摘要
国内油气管道建设实行建管分离以来,工程项目交工验收不符合项整改工作不可避免,其整改内容、整改数量、整改质量花费了总承包商或分包商大量的人力、物力和精力,已成为项目管理的难点之一。从EPC(engineering,procurement,construction)总承包商的角度出发,介绍如何做好不符合项的整改管理工作,实现工程项目进度、质量、安全的管理目标,为今后工程项目管理提供借鉴。
Since the oil and gas pipeline construction and operation were separated in China,it was unavoidable to rectify non-conformance term in the handover and acceptance of a project.The content,quantity,quality of rectification have taken EPC or subcontractors a great deal of manpower,material resources and days.It has become one of the difficulties in project management.From the point of view of EPC,this paper introduces how to do well in the management of rectifying non-conformance terms,so as to achieve the management objective of the project progress,quality and safety,and provide reference for the project management in the future.
