摘要
长输管道在进行下沟前,需要进行电火花检漏工作。而高寒地区施工的管道在进行电火花检漏前,往往需要提前清除管顶积雪,以保证电火花检漏工作正常进行。东北黑龙江地区建设的中俄东线天然气管道试验段工程,管径大(管径为1422 mm)且在高寒地区施工,以往使用人工进行管顶清雪,存在速度慢、效率低、清雪不彻底、安全隐患大的弊端。通过对新型“管道表面清雪装置”进行应用发现,该装置在大口径、高寒地区具有很好的应用前景及相关社会、经济效益。
Before the long-distance pipeline was buried in ditch,the electric spark leak detection was needed.Before the leakage detection of the electric spark in the high and cold areas,it was often necessary to clear up the snow on the top of the pipe in advance to ensure the normal discharge of the electric spark leak detection.The pipeline diameter of the East Route of China-Russia Natural Gas Pipeline Project in Northeast Heilongjiang Area is 1422 mm.Because of the large diameter and construction in the alpine region,there were some disadvantages such as slow speed,low efficiency,no thorough cleaning of snow and great potential of safety hazards.This paper introduces the technology application of the new“snow cleaning device on the pipe surface”,and expounds that the device has good application prospects and related social and economic benefits in large diameter pipeline in high cold regions.
