橡胶树胶木兼优品种热垦525杂交子代早期鉴定 被引量:4

Early Identification of Hybrids of Timber/Latex Clone Renken 525 in Hevea brasiliensis

摘要 热垦525是速生、高产且具有广适性的胶木兼优品种,为探讨其作为杂交亲本选育优良品种的潜力,分别对云研277-5×热垦525和GT1×热垦525杂交子代群体的茎围生长量、树皮厚度和试割产量性状进行早期鉴定。结果表明,热垦525作为父本能够将其速生性状很好地遗传给后代,2个组合杂交子代群体在试割前和试割后的平均茎围生长量均极显著高于对照RRIM600。试割平均干胶产量偏低,其中云研277-5×热垦525杂交子代群体平均干胶产量低于对照,但差异不显著;GT1×热垦525均极显著低于云研277-5×热垦525和对照。最终分别从云研277-5×热垦525和GT1×热垦525杂交子代群体中选出13株和6株优良单株,入选率为4.00%和2.03%,为培育橡胶树新品种提供了一批具有潜力的育种中间材料。选择高产优良品种作为母本,以橡胶树胶木兼优品种热垦525作为父本选育胶木兼优品种潜力大。 Renken 525 is a timber/latex rubber tree(Hevea brasiliensis Müll.Arg)clone which is introduced by foreign countries and with characteristics of fast growthing,high-yielding potential by Systematical identified.In order to explore the potential of cultivating Renken 525 as a good hybrid parent,the girth growth,bark thickness and dry rubber yield of different hybrids of Renken 525 were identified in early period.The results showed that Renken 525 as a male parent could inherit its fast-growing traits to the offspring,the average stem growth of the two hybrid progenies before and after the trial was significantly higher than that of the control RRIM600.The average dry rubber yield of the two hybrids was lower,in which the hybrid of Yunyan 277-5×Renken 525 progenies was lower than that of the control,but the difference was not significant,GT1×Renken 525 was significantly lower thanYunyan 277-5×Renken 525 and control.Finally,13 and 6 excellent individuals were selected from the populations of Yunying 277-5×Renken 525 and GT1×Renken 525 hybrid progeny,the selection rate was 4.00%and 2.03%,providing a number of potential breeding materials for breeding new varieties of rubber trees.Select high-yielding rubber tree clone as the female parent and Renken525 as the male which have a great potential to select fast-growing,high-yield clone.
