摘要
从管理学视角探讨中国大陆高校境外生群体中传播中华传统文化的途径,结合华侨大学在境外生中传播中华传统文化的实践,对近600名华侨大学境外生进行问卷调查,发现传统文化在高校境外生传播过程中的困境,其中最突出的是管理体系不够健全、管理者水平参差不齐、文化产品有待完善、传播方式较为单一等影响传统文化传播效果的问题,并提出对策与展望,提高在大陆高校境外生群体中开展中国传统文化传播工作的针对性和有效性。
From the management perspective,this paper talks about how to spread traditional Chinese culture among international college students.A questionnaire survey of 600 international students in Huaqiao University and its past experience show that spread of Chinese culture among international students is less than desirable as a result of poor management system,unqualified administrators,imperfect cultural products and tedious communication manners.After pointing out the problems,the paper puts forward some strategies for improving the situation.
