摘要
《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》是辅导员队伍建设的纲领性文件,是辅导员队伍建设的顶层设计。高校思想政治教育工作内外环境的变化以及辅导员队伍建设的发展构成了教育部43号令颁布的背景。新规定在辅导员职业能力、职业规范、工作职责等方面做出新的顶层设计,辅导员要主动对接新的规定要求,恪守职业规范,注重职业能力提升,实现自身的专业化发展。
Provisions on College Advisors’Team Construction is a framework document on advisors’team construction,a top-level design.The changing internal and external conditions and the progress in advisors’team building together formed the background of Decree No.43 issued by the Ministry of Education.The document is a new top-level design regarding advisors’occupational abilities,professional norms and job responsibilities.College advisors must comply with the new requirements and norms,actively enhancing their abilities in the pursuit of professionalization.
