To deepen college advisors’professionalization and specialization,efforts must be made in policy design to set solid admittance criteria for the profession and define clearly the work standards and the evaluation standards.It is important to build stronger platforms so advisors can work more efficiently,receive better training and achieve professional development in a more smooth way.Advisors also need to work hard to hone their comprehensive competence,enhance their professional qualities and become specialized.
