摘要
"后喻文化"特指由年轻一代向年长一代进行知识传递的文化发展模式,其背后体现出青年主体地位的崛起和确立。文章从"后喻文化"的概念和历史沿革出发,分析"后喻文化"兴起给青年成长和育人工作带来的机遇和挑战,并结合思想政治教育工作实践提出尊重青年主体地位、重视互联网新媒体的渠道作用、推动育人工作个性化、线上线下相结合等教育对策。
Post-figurative culture refers to the pattern of cultural development in which knowledge is transmitted from younger generations to older ones.Post-figurative culture highlights the established dominant role of the youth.The paper explains the concept of“post-figurative culture”and its historical evolution and discusses what challenges and opportunities it has brought for the growing youth and for educators.It is essential to respect the dominance position of the youth,pay great attention to the use of the Internet and new media and carry out personalized ideological and political education with combined offline and online endeavors.
