新时代公安院校大学生思想状况研究——以安徽公安职业学院为例

A Study of Police Majors' State of Mind in the New era

随着全国公安体制改革的深入推进,公安院校大学生的思想状况呈现出一些变化,价值取向多元化、理想信念平淡化、责任意识缺乏化、自我认知盲目化等。究其原因主要是在精神文化层面职业担当与功利主义之间的矛盾、行为文化层面共性需要与个体差异之间的矛盾、制度文化层面刚性管理与柔性管理之间的矛盾。结合习近平总书记对青年讲话精神,提出要在价值引领、忠诚警魂、文化育警、以人为本、队伍建设五个方面加强公安院校大学生的思想建设。

With the deepening of China’s public security system,college students who major in public security may have a changed state of mind.They tend to have diversified value orientations.They often have neither great aspirations nor firm convictions and lack both responsibility and self knowledge.The reasons behind this phenomenon include the contradictions between pragmatic and utilitarian attitudes on the level of material culture,between common needs and individual cravings on the level of behavioral culture and between rigid management and flexible management on the level of institutional culture.This paper urges police colleges and universities to study Xi Jinping’s speeches on youth education and strengthen ideological building by teaching correct values,cultivating loyalty and policing spirit,increasing students’cultural literacy,adhering the people-first principle and by strengthening team construction.
