协同创新中心绩效综合评价体系构建研究

以"协同创新中心"创新绩效评价为研究对象,在相关文献综述基础上分析了协同创新中心运行过程及创新绩效的影响因素,构建了以"协同目标"为评价起点、引入"目标—战略—投入—产出—结果"全过程评价路线、以"能力水平和贡献程度"为导向的"全方位"模式的综合绩效评价体系,以期为政府对协同创新中心后续的政策调整、资源分配提供依据。

By taking the innovation performance evaluation of“Collaborative Innovation Center”as the research object,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the performance of the collaborative innovation center according to some domestic and foreign researches on collaborative innovation performance evaluation,and also establishes the“collaborative goal”as the starting point.The paper introduces the process evaluation route of“goal-strategy-input-output-result”,a comprehensive performance evaluation system with“capacity level and contribution degree”as the“all round”model in order to provide a basis for subsequent policy adjustment and resource allocation.
