我国公民意识教育的内容与他国借鉴——以转型期突发事件公民意识缺失为视角

Content of Civic Consciousness Education in China and Other Countries' Reference:From the Perspective of the Loss of Civic Consciousness against Emergency in the Transitional Period

转型期的中国社会处于矛盾的凸显期,公民意识的缺失容易导致公民所遇危机不断加深,成为诱发各种突发事件甚至升级为群体性事件的深层次原因。由于成熟的公民意识是维持国家政治稳定和现代社会治理的基础,故而树立我国公民意识教育理念需要具有世界眼光,需要深入探究社会转型期中国特色公民教育的理论架构与实践路径。

Transformed Chinese society is now in prominent period of contradiction,the loss of civic consciousness is easy to lead to the deepening of the crisis encountered by citizens,which has become a deep-seated cause of all kinds of emergencies and even upgraded to mass incidents.Because the mature civic consciousness is the basis of maintaining the political stability of the country and the governance of modern society,it is necessary to have a worldwide perspective to establish the civic consciousness education concept of our country,and to explore the theoretical framework and practical path of civic education with Chinese characteristics in the period of social transformation.
