氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗老年高血压的疗效及对睡眠的影响

Effect of Amlodipine Combined with Enalapril on Senile Hypertension and its Effect on Sleep

目的:探讨氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗老年高血压的疗效及对睡眠的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2017年7月青岛市市南区八大湖街道巢湖路社区卫生服务中心收治的老年高血压患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组实施氨氯地平治疗,观察组实施氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗,比较2组临床疗效和对睡眠影响。结果:观察组患者药物治疗后睡眠质量评分明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94%,对照组总有效率为80%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压患者接受氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗,具有较高的有效性,且有助于改善患者的睡眠质量。

Objective:To investigate the joint enalaprilat amlodipine treatment the curative effect of senile hypertension and affect sleep.Methods:This study choose Chaohu Road Community Health Service Center of Shinan District of Qingdao out patient service from January 2017 to July 2017 were between the clinical data of 80 cases of elderly hypertensive patients were statistically analyzed,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,control group amlodipine treatment,experimental implementation of amlodipine in combination with enalaprilat treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect and impact on sleep.Results:After drug treatment group patients sleep quality score significantly lower than the control group,compared the two groups statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Experimental group total effective rate was 94%,control group total effective rate was 80%,compared the two groups statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In elderly patients with hypertension treated with amlodipine combination of enalaprilat,has high effectiveness,and help to improve the sleep quality of patients.
