不孕症患者在辅助生殖助孕期间睡眠质量与心理健康状况的相关性研究

Correlation Between Sleep Quality and Mental Health of Infertile Women During Assisted Reproduction

目的:研究在辅助生殖助孕期间不孕症患者睡眠质量与心理健康的相关性。方法:选取2014年2月至2016年2月厦门大学附属第一医院接受体外受精-胚胎移植(IVE-ET)治疗不孕症患者55例作为对照组,调查患者在辅助生殖助孕期间的睡眠质量和心理状态,并与正常人群比较,分析患者睡眠质量与心理健康的相关性。结果:在IVE-EI治疗的不同阶段,出现睡眠障碍和心理障碍的占比有所上升,与正常人群比较,对照组的匹兹堡睡眠质量(PSQI)量表各维度评分高于正常组,SCL-90心理自评量表评分低于正常组。随着治疗过程的跟进,患者的睡眠障碍占比和心理障碍占比均增加。结论:接受IVEET治疗的不孕症患者普遍存在心理障碍和睡眠障碍,其睡眠质量与心理健康密切相关。

Objective:To study the correlation between sleep quality and mental health in patients with infertility during assisted reproduction and assisted pregnancy.Methods:A total of 55 patients were selected to receive in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(ii-et)from Feb 2014 to Feb 2016 in our hospital for treatment of infertility.As the control group,the sleep quality and psychological state of the patients in the assisted reproductive assisted pregnancy were investigated and compared with the normal population to analyze the correlation between the sleep quality and mental health of the patients.Results:at different stages of ii-ei treatment,the proportion of sleep disorder and psychological disorder increased.Compared with the normal group,the Pittsburgh sleep quality(PSQI)scale of the control group was higher than that of the normal group,and the scl-90 psychological self-rating scale was lower than that of the normal group.With the follow-up of the treatment process,the proportion of patients with sleep disorder and psychological disorder increased.Conclusion:the infertile patients treated by ii-et generally have psychological disorder and sleep disorder,and their sleep quality is closely related to mental health.
