综合护理干预对ICU患者睡眠障碍的效果评价

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Sleep Disorders in ICU Patients

目的:分析ICU患者睡眠障碍原因,评价护理效果。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年5月福建省厦门大学附属第一医院重症医学科收治的睡眠障碍患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组患者采取常规护理措施,观察组患者采用综合护理干预,通过PSQI匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表对干预后2组患者睡眠质量进行判定和比较。结果:观察组患者睡眠质量评分、入睡时间评分、睡眠时间评分、睡眠障碍评分、睡眠效率评分、催眠药物评分、日间功能障碍评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取综合护理干预对于ICU睡眠障碍患者效果显著,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the causes and nursing effects of sleep disorders in ICU patients.Methods:A total of 70 patients from May 2017 to May 2018 with sleep disorders admitted to the ICU of First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were selected to carry out the study.Seventy patients were randomly and equally divided into the control group(35 cases)and the complex group(35 cases).Routine nursing measures were taken for patients in the control group,and comprehensive nursing intervention was added for patients in the complex group.The PSQI Pittsburgh sleep quality index was used to determine and compare the sleep quality of the two groups after the intervention.Results:The patients in the intervention group had significantly lower sleep quality score,sleep time score,sleep time score,sleep disorder score,sleep efficiency score,hypnotic drug score and daytime dysfunction score,and the relevant data was compared(P<0.05),showing statistically significant differences.Conclusion:To clarify the cause of sleep disorder and adopt comprehensive nursing intervention is effective for ICU patients with sleep disorder,which is worth promoting.
