On the Modernization Productivity of Harmonious Symbiosis between Man and Nature

从人与自然和谐共生的视角来看,现代化生产力是人们认识自然、利用自然、改造自然和保护自然的综合能力。发展人与自然和谐共生的现代化生产力,必须正确处理需要与生产的关系,避免在追求一部分需要的满足时损害另一部分需要的满足条件;大力提高认识自然的能力,防止在遵循利用一些规律的同时违反另一些规律;转变改造和利用自然的方式,摒弃不合理方式;从微观和宏观层次增强保护自然的能力;力求从整体上实现经济社会发展与环境保护双赢;构建动脉产业与静脉产业相结合的现代化产业体系;建立有利于人与自然和谐共生的生产关系;加强保护自然的国际合作与斗争。

From the perspective of harmonious symbiosis between man and nature,modernization productivity is the comprehensive ability that people understand nature,utilize nature,transform nature and protect nature.To develop the modernization productivity of harmonious symbiosis between man and nature,we must correctly handle the relationship between the needs and production,and avoid to damage the conditions of satisfaction of other needs in the pursuit of a part of the needs.We must improve the ability to recognize nature,prevent the violation of other laws while following some rules,and strive to achieve a win-win situation of economic and social development and environmental protection as a whole.We should change the way of transformation and utilization of nature and discard unreasonable ways,enhance the ability to protect nature from the micro and macro levels,construct a complete industrial system combining arterial industry with venous industry,establish a productive relationship that is conducive to the harmonious symbiosis between man and nature,and strengthen international cooperation and struggle to protect nature.
