摘要
为提高水平井连续油管钻塞作业施工效率,通过分析连续油管钻磨工具的工作特性以及水平井携岩规律,优化了施工过程中的工作参数,形成了水平井连续油管高效钻磨技术方案:选用?73 mm螺杆马达+?112mm平底磨鞋,设计施工排量360~450 L/min,钻压5~10 kN在大港油田GD14H井进行现场应用,应用结果表明平均单塞钻磨时间约为1 h,钻磨效率较高,具有较广泛的应用前景。
To improve the plug milling efficiency by coiled tubing in horizontal wells,the working properties of CT mill tools and the cuttings carrying in horizontal wells are analyzed,the operating parameters are optimized,and a set of effective milling program is developed.Φ73mm PDM,Φ112mm flat milling shoe were selected to do the milling at a flow rate of 360~450L/min and WOB 5~10KN on Well GD 14H at Dagang Oilfield.The application results show that the average milling time is about 1h for single bridge plugs,the milling efficiency is rather high,worth promotion.
