摘要
姬塬油田在注水开发过程中普遍存在着注水井压力高甚至注不进的情况。通过实验研究和分析,明确了注水井堵塞的主要原因。研究开发了一套在线酸化处理液体系,通过室内性能评价实验证明该处理液体系适用于姬塬油田注水井。该工艺现场应用11井次,注水井增注及对应油井井组增产均取得良好效果。应用结果表明,在线酸化酸处理液及施工工艺能够有效解除近井地带堵塞,降低注水井注入压力,提高注水井配注量,对老油田提高采收率具有重要意义。
High pressure or even no further injection allowed in water injection well is often seen during development by water injection at Jiyuan oilfield.The reasons of water injection well plugging have been determined through experimental studies and analysis introduced in this paper.A set of online acidizing fluid system has been developed.The indoor experiment has proved that the fluid is suitable for water injection well at Jiyuan oilfield.It has been used in 11 wells in field.Good results have been achieved in the water injection volume and the production out of corresponding oil well group.The field application proves that online acidizing fluid and technology can effectively remove plugging near wellbore area,reduce the injection pressure,and improve the injection volume,being significant for enhancing oil recovery.
