摘要
在钻井过程中会遇到井下漏失、溢流、钻具水眼堵塞以及长稳斜井段岩屑床无法充分清洁等问题,针对该类问题,研制了井下多次激活循环阀。文章介绍了工具的结构与工作原理,并进行了流阻分析。通过室内试验,验证了工具反复多次投球开关的功能性与可靠性,并获取了开阀压力。该工具在高石001-X21井的现场应用结果表明,该工具在钻井过程中运行正常,井下开关操作亦安全可靠,应用效果良好。工具的应用能够减少作业时间,提高了钻井效率。
Problems like lost circulation,overflow,nozzle plugged,and insufficient cleaning of cutting beds in long angle-hold interval,are often encountered during drilling.A multi-activated downhole circulation bypass tool is developed to solve those problems.In this paper its structure and working principle,and flow resistance are introduced and analyzed.The function and reliability of the tool on/off by dropping balls are verified by indoor experiments,and the tool opening pressure is obtained.Its field application on Well GAOSHI001-X21 shows good effects,it runs well during drilling,and switching on/off the tool down in the well is safe and reliable.The application of the tool can reduce NPT,and improve the drilling efficiency.
