摘要
通过解读新版标准GB12021.6-2017《电饭锅能效限定值及能效等级》(后简称"新版标准")与旧版标准GB12021.6-2008(后简称"旧版标准")在标准范围、热效率、保温能耗、待机功率等差异,重点探讨了新版标准热效率数学模型及试验方法的新特点。最后对44个典型电饭锅样品按照新、旧版标准中要求断电后出现的最高水温t_2值及能效等级方法进行实验与数值分析。结果表明:其中13组数据最高温度出现在断电后1 min内,且新版标准的t_2值高于旧版标准的t_2值,其余的31组数据最高温度出现在1 min之后,新、旧版标准的t_2值相同;有6组数据新旧版标准能效等级不同,均出现新版标准能效等级低于旧版标准能效等级的情况。
This paper analyses differences of“Minimum allowable values of ener-gy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for electric rice cookers”standard between GB 12021.6-2017(referred as“the new version”)and GB 12021.6-2008(referred as“the old version”)from the aspects of their scope,heat efficiency,warm-keeping energy consumption,standby power and so on.New characteristics of heat efficiency mathematical model and test method in the new version is mainly discussed.Finally,44 rice cooker samples are tested with maximum temperature value t2 and energy efficiency grade method according to the new and old standards requirements,the results indicate that 13 groups’maximum water temperatures appear within 1 min and the new standards’maximum temperature value t2 are higher than the old one,the other 31 groups’maximum water temperatures appear after 1 min and the new standards’maximum temperature value t2 are equal to the old one;moreover,there are 6 groups’energy efficiency grades lower than the others.
