摘要
山西霍尔辛赫矿井南部有河流穿过,井田范围内公路、村庄数量众多,"三下"压煤量占70%以上。矿井初步设计采用综合放顶煤采煤工艺,全部垮落法管理顶板,留保护煤柱躲避河流、公路、铁路下压煤,搬迁村庄开采建下压煤。采用综合机械化充填采煤技术后可回收压煤,消除了冲击矿压和采空区瓦斯积聚等安全问题。同时,充填开采为沿空留巷创造良好的条件,取消区段间保护煤柱,将采区回收率提高至85%以上,真正实现安全高效开采。
There was a river crossing south of Hall shih Mine,mining area under village,railway and building took more than 70%.Comprehensive top coal mining technology was adopted,with all collapsed roof to protect coal pillar to avoid river,railway and building,eliminating rock burst and goaf gas accumulation.Filling mining improved the recovery mining rate to more than 85%,eliminating the area protected coal pillar,realizing safe and efficient mining.
