摘要
极限状态法是世界工程结构设计的主流方法,我国铁路行业从上世纪80年代即启动极限状态设计标准转轨工作,开展了大量理论研究、设计检算、极限状态法试设计等工作,编制发布了铁路路基、桥涵、隧道、轨道等4个专业极限状态法设计规范,与国际主流设计方法接轨、便于国际交流,进一步提升了铁路工程结构设计水平。极限状态法设计规范的优化完善是一项长期工作,通过总结极限状态法转轨工作实践经验,分析极限状态法设计规范推广应用和持续优化等方面存在的问题,提出了加强基础研究、建立数据平台、优化设计参数等相关建议。
Limit state method is the mainstream of structure engineering worldwide.China has applied this method to the railway industry since the 1980s.In this context,a large number of theoretical researches,design calculations and test designs of limit state method have been carried out.Besides,four limit state method design codes in railway earth structure,bridge,tunnel and track have been issued,which also upgrades China's structural design of railway engineering.Optimization of the limit state design code is not a short-term task.By summarizing experience of the transition of limit state method,analyzing existed problems in popularization,application and continuous optimization of this method,this essay proposes advice on fundamental research enhancement,data platform establishment and design parameters continuous optimization.
