摘要
朝鲜半岛问题出现于第二次世界大战期间,冷战期间进一步发展,至今仍没有得到解决。笼罩半岛60多年的两个体系之间的对抗是最重要的区域和全球性问题之一,所以,问题的本质和重要性不仅是半岛的悲剧性命运,而且是区域性和国际性安全威胁。朝核问题就是个涉及大规模杀伤性武器扩散的紧迫议题。局势的危险性在于,形势可能失控并接近不可挽回的死点,演变为军事冲突,引发军事干预,从而导致区域和国际危机。
Korean issue first appeared during the Second World War then was developing at the times of the Cold War&hasn t solved yet at present times.Confrontation of two systems of the last 60 years is one of the most important regional&global problems.The importance of the problem is not only in the tragedy of the life fortune of Korea but in the threat to regional&international security.It is connected with the development of the nuclear program of the North Korea&thus with the spread of the weapons of mass destruction.The danger of the situation is rather serious because it can go out of the control&get too close to some dead point that will lead to military actions,interventions,regional&international crisis.
