韩国针对女性的暴力案件频发的因素分析

The Reasons of Violent Crimes against Women in ROK

近年来,韩国国内针对女性的暴力犯罪案件数量居高不下,而且出现了逐年增多的趋势。一些震惊全国的强奸杀人等恶性案件接连不断,带来了部分地区居民尤其女性群体的心理恐慌等一系列社会问题。韩国国内发生的暴力犯罪案件有如下四个方面的特点:一是在暴力犯罪案件中,被害者绝大多数是女性,而且近年来女性被害人的数量和所占比重都在持续增加;二是横向比较,韩国是世界上在暴力犯罪被害者中女性比例最高的国家之一;三是把暴力犯罪被害人按不同年龄段进行划分,很明显越是在年轻被害人中女性所占的比重就越大;四是在暴力犯罪被害人中女性占多数,且其人数和所占比例逐年上升的问题在韩国不是某一城市或地区的个别现象,而是全国各地普遍存在的问题。本文认为,根深蒂固的"男尊女卑"观念是针对女性暴力犯罪案件屡禁不止的根本原因,贫富差距拉大、社会矛盾加剧是针对女性暴力案件频发的重要原因之一,而近年来单身家庭数量剧增是针对女性犯罪案件频发的重要背景因素。

In recent years,the number of violent crimes against women in ROK has been high,and there is a growing trend year by year.It has been vicious cases one after another such as rape and murder that shock the whole country,bringing about a series of social problems among residents in some regions particularly women panic disorder.In addition,violent crimes in ROK have the following four characteristics.Firstly,the majority of victims of violent crimes are women,and the number and proportion have continued to increase in recent years.Secondly,ROK is one of the countries with the highest proportion of women victims of violent crimes in the world.Thirdly,it is obvious that the more young victims,the higher proportion of females according to different ages.Fourthly,women are the majority among the victims of violent crimes with the increase of their number and proportion year by year,which is not a single case in certain city or region but an issue all over the country.The main reasons are as follows:The fundamental reason is that the male-dominated concept is deeply rooted in Korean culture.Another important reason for the alarming increase in violent crimes against women is the widening gap and the intensified social unrest.Last but not least,a rapid growth in bachelor families is a crucial background factor.
