鼻咽癌组织RANK/RANKL/OPG通路信号表达与肿瘤侵袭转移的相关性分析

RANK/RANKL/OPG Pathway Signal Expression and Tumor in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Correlation Analysis of Invasion and Metastasis

目的探讨鼻咽癌组织和癌旁组织中RANK/RANKL/OPG的表达情况及其与浸润转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化Envision法检测鼻咽癌组织和癌旁组织(距肿瘤边缘> 5 cm)中RANK/RANKL/OPG的表达,并分析其与鼻咽癌临床病理特征的关系。结果鼻咽癌组织中RANK/RANKL/OPG蛋白阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=40.395,26.813与50.641,P <0.05)。鼻咽癌组织RANK/RANKL/OPG的表达均与年龄、临床分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(P <0.05),而与鼻咽癌性别、肿瘤直径及分化程度无关(P <0.05)。二者阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.705,P=0.000)。结论 RANK/RANKL/OPG蛋白高表达均与鼻咽癌的发生及浸润转移密切相关,联合检测RANK/RANKL/OPG蛋白表达情况可能成为评估鼻咽癌患者预后情况的潜在指标。

Objective To investigate the expression of RANK/RANKL/OPG in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and paracancerous tissues and its relationship with invasion and metastasis.Methods The expression of RANK/RANKL/OPG in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and paracancerous tissues(>5 cm from the edge of the tumor)was detected by immunohistochemical Envision method,and its relationship with clinicopathological features of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of RANK/RANKL/OPG protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(χ2=40.395,26.813 and 50.641,P<0.05).The expression of RANK/RANKL/OPG in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was correlated with age,clinical stage,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not related to gender,tumor diameter and differentiation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the positive expressions of both(r=0.705,P=0.000).Conclusions The high expression of RANK/RANKL/OPG protein is closely related to the occurrence,invasion and metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Combined detection of RANK/RANKL/OPG protein expression may be a potential indicator for evaluating the prognosis of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
