探讨左旋甲状腺片对妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退的临床效果被引量：3

摘要目的探讨左旋甲状腺片对妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退的临床效果。方法根据随机数字表法,将我院收集到的40例妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组实行常规治疗,观察组则实行左旋甲状腺片治疗,观察两组患者妊娠结局和并发症情况,对比临床效果。结果观察组患者产后新生儿窒息发生率30.00%明显低于对照组55.00%(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗后并发症发生率明显比观察组更高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论针对妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者,应用左旋甲状腺片治疗效果显著,能够有效改善患者妊娠结局,减少并发症发生概率,值得临床推广应用。
