摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜对胃癌在外科治疗的方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析腹腔镜治疗胃癌患者31例的临床资料。结果胃癌病灶部位切除,且少有明显的并发症。结论腹腔镜在治疗胃癌患者创伤小、治愈率高、并发症少、疗效明显的特点,值得在临床治疗上广泛使用。
Objective Laparoscopy on gastric to explore the method and curative effect of cancer in surgical treatment.Methods The clinical data of 31 cases of gastric cancer were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were few obvious complications of gastric cancer.Conclusion Laparoscopy is widely used in the treatment of gastric cancer patients with small trauma,high cure rate,low complication and obvious curative effect.
