RPH内痔套扎外痔切除术与传统外剥内扎术的临床疗效对比观察

Comparative Observation of Clinical Efficacy of RPH Endoscopic Ligation of External Hemorrhoids and Traditional External Dissection and Internal Ligation

目的比较RPH内痔套扎外痔切除术与传统外剥内扎术治疗痔病的效果差异。方法将60例Ⅲ~Ⅳ度痔病患者,随机分为治疗组(RPH组)和对照组(M-M组),比较两组患者的手术治愈率,以及术后发生出血、疼痛、水肿、肛门狭窄、尿潴留并发症的发生情况,及患者术后恢复过程中的舒适度。结果 RPH组的疗效明显优于M-M组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);RPH组在术后疼痛、水肿、肛门狭窄、尿潴留等并发症及患者舒适度方面与M-M组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 RPH内痔套扎外痔切除术较传统外剥内扎术可明显提高临床疗效,降低术后并发症发生率,患者恢复过程中较舒适,安全性较高。

Objective Comparison of the effect of ligation of RPH external hemorrhoids and traditional external dissection and internal ligation in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods 60 patients withⅢ-Ⅳhemorrhoid arerandomly divided into treatment group(RPH)and control group(group M-M),compared two groups of patients with the cure rate of surgery,and the occurrence of complications of bleeding,pain,edema,anal stricture and urinary retention.Results The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Thedifference of complications in treatment group such as postoperative pain,edema,anal stenosis,urinary retention were statistically significant compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,compared to the traditional exonectomy,the RPH internal hemorrhoids resection can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,the curative effect is significant and safety is high.
