降钙素原,hs-CRP及WBC联合监测在新生儿败血症早期诊断中的意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察降钙素原,hs-CRP及WBC联合监测在新生儿败血症早期诊断中的意义。方法将2015年10月17日至2017年3月17日期间在我院住院的新生儿纳入研究对象(共200例),依据有无感染进行分组,分为对照组(无感染新生儿)、观察组(新生儿败血症患儿),各100例,采用酶联荧光分析法检测降钙素原;采用免疫比浊法检测hs-CRP;采用Sysmex 800血液分析仪检测WBC,对比2组观察对象各项检查结果。结果观察组患儿入院时PCT、hs-CRP、WBC各项指标数据均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义,P <0.05。观察组患儿采用抗生素治疗前PCT、hs-CRP、WBC数值比治疗后明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论降钙素原及hs-CRP,WBC联合监测对早期诊断新生儿败血症具有重要意义,有效提高了临床诊断符合率,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the significance of combined monitoring of procalcitonin and high sensitivity CRP and WBC in early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis.Methods A total of 200 newborns in our hospital as the research object(from October 17,2015 to March 17,2017),according to whether there is infection,divided into control group(no infection)and observation group(for neonatal sepsis),100 cases each,using enzyme-linked fluorescent assay of procalcitonin;immunohistochemical turbidimetric method was used to detect the ultra sensitive CRP detection;WBC Sysmex 800 blood analyzer,comparison of 2 groups of the test results.Results The indexes of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Patients in the observation group were treated with antibiotics before PCT,hs-CRP,WBC,and after treatment,there were statistically significant differences,P<0.05.Conclusion Combined monitoring of procalcitonin and high sensitivity CRP and WBC is of great significance to early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis,and effectively improves the rate of clinical diagnosis,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
