摘要
应用Fluent仿真软件建立电池-相变材料以及电池-相变材料-液冷管耦合模型,模拟电池模块的温度场,提出相变材料和液冷耦合的优化方案。结果表明:采用相变材料和六通道液冷管耦合散热模型,提高了电池组热管理系统的控温性能,能够解决较高倍率(3 C~4 C)放电时相变潜热散热慢的问题。
Battery-phase change materials coupling model and battery-phase change materials-liquid cooling tube coupling model were established by applying Fluent software,and the temperature field of battery model was simulated.An optimization scheme for the coupling of phase-change materials and liquid cooling was proposed.Results show that the performance of temperature controlling of battery model was improved and the problem of latent heat dissipating slowly of PCM at high rate discharge(3C to 4C)was solved by the coupling optimization model of PCM and six channel cooling tube.
