摘要
基于无线传感技术的快速发展,采用AD7280A完成电池信息采集,使用NRF24L01实现电池管理系统数据的无线传输,应用LABVIEW设计了上位机通讯软件,使电池管理系统摆脱了线束的束缚,同时降低了电池管理系统的设计及使用成本。经实验验证,该设计可以实现对电池电压、电流、温度等数据的可靠传输与处理,并能够实现电池故障的报警,提高电池工作的安全性。
Based on the rapid development of wireless sensor,AD7280A was used to complete the collection of battery information,NRF24L01 was used to realize the wireless transmission of the data of the BMS.The communication software was designed using LabVIEWdesign.Then the battery management system was free from the bondage of wire harness.At the same time,the design and running costs of BMS were reduced.The experimental results show that the reliable transmission and processing of the data of voltage,current and temperature of the batteries can be realized through the design,the alarm of the battery fault can also be realized,and the safety of the battery can be improved.
