密封端子材料对通讯设备电池性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 主要对几种新型的端子密封胶进行固化性能、高温耐酸性、对ABS和铅的粘结强度、对铅的防腐保护性能等进行测试分析,同时对手持通讯设备铅酸蓄电池的气密性、高低温实验、高温浮充等进行测试分析,通过测试所得结果对新型胶黏剂的密封性能进行评价。结果显示,T1的防腐保护性能最差,经高温浮充后T2出现了开裂,经高低温实验后T3明显变脆,T4的综合性能最好,完全满足生产实际的需要。 Several kinds of terminal sealant curing properties and high temperature resistance,acid of ABS and lead to lead bonding strength,corrosion protection properties were tested and analyzed.At the same time,the holding communication equipment of lead-acid battery tightness,high and low temperature test,high temperature and other floating were analyzed through the test results of the new adhesive sealing performance evaluation.The results show that the protection sealing performance of T1 is the worst;after floating by high temperature,T2 is cracked;after high and low temperature test,T3 is brittle;T4 is with the best comprehensive performance and can fully meet the actual needs of production.
