品种和裹包层次对全株玉米青贮品质的影响 被引量:4

The Effect of Hybrids and Wrapped Bale Silage Layers on the Quality of the Whole Plant Corn Silage

摘要 本研究旨在分析2种粮饲兼用品种和1种青贮专用玉米品种全株玉米制成的裹包青贮饲料的发酵品质和营养成分,并比较全株玉米裹包青贮饲料上、中和下层的青贮品质。试验选用登海6702(DH6702)、青贮ND465(ND465)和先玉045(XY045)3个品种的全株玉米制作裹包青贮。结果表明:3个品种的全株玉米裹包青贮饲料的pH均低于3.90,氨态氮/总氮都小于5%;参照全株玉米青贮饲料发酵品质评分标准,得分均在80以上,等级为一级,其中DH6702得分最高,发酵品质较好;DH6702品种的全株玉米裹包青贮可溶性糖(WSC)含量显著高于ND465和XY045,淀粉含量显著高于ND465,粗蛋白质(CP)含量显著高于XY045,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量显著低于ND465(P<0.05);3个品种的全株玉米裹包青贮上、中和下层的WSC、淀粉、NDF和ADF含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,选择合适的青贮玉米品种在全株玉米青贮饲料制作过程中十分重要,采用拉伸膜裹包能够调制成发酵品质优良的全株玉米青贮饲料,小型全株玉米裹包青贮上、中和下层青贮质量差异不显著。 This experiment analyzed the fermentation quality and nutrient composition of whole-plant corn wrapped bale silage.The fermentation quality and nutrient composition of DH6702,ND465 and XY045 corn bale silage were analyzed,and the samples for each variety were taken from the upper,middle and lower layers of three different corn bale silage.The pH of all the whole plant corn bale silage was below 3.90,and the ammonia nitrogen content of total nitrogen were under 5%.According to the silage scoring standards established in China,the scores of all whole plant wrapped bale silage were above 80,divided into grade 1.Among three hybrids,DH6702 had the highest score.The WSC content of DH6702 was significantly higher than that of ND465 or XY045,the starch content were significantly higher than ND465,the CP content were significantly higher than XY045 and the NDF and ADF content were lower than ND465(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in fermentation quality,WSC,starch,NDF and ADF content of the upper,middle and lower layers of three whole plant corn wrapped bale silage(P>0.05).In summary,it is very important to select the appropriate hybird of silage corn in the process of wrapped bale silage making,the whole-plant corn wrapped bale silage fermentation quality was good,and there were no significant differences in silage quality of the upper,middle and lower layers of small scale whole plant corn swrapped bale silage.
