摘要
采用不同类型的糊树脂制备聚氯乙烯(PVC)溶胶,研究了各种PVC溶胶在不同储存温度下的黏度性能。结果表明:50℃以下时,随储存温度升高,各种PVC溶胶黏度降低。储存温度在25~40℃时,PVC溶胶的黏度较小且稳定性较好,有利于产品加工。微悬浮法制备的PVC溶胶不宜用于低温季节或是寒冷地区,种子乳液法制备的PVC溶胶树脂可用于高温环境或是温差较大的季节和地区。
Poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC)plastisols were prepared with different types of paste resins,The viscosity property of PVC plastisols at different storage temperatures was studied.The results show that the viscosities of all PVC plastisols decrease with the increasing of storage temperature below 50℃.The viscosities of PVC plastisols are smaller and the stabilities are better when the storage temperature is at 25~40℃,which is beneficial to the processing of the products.The PVC plastisols prepared by micro-suspension method should not be used in cold season or in cold regions.The PVC plastisols prepared by seed emulsion method can be used in high-temperature environment or in season and region with larger temperature difference.
