摘要
通过弹性体氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、丙烯酸酯类(ACR)和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)高胶粉对苯乙烯-丙烯腈树脂(SAN)分别进行增韧,研究了增韧SAN树脂的力学性能、耐热性能、流动性能和加工流变性能,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察增韧SAN树脂的相形态。结果表明:ABS高胶粉增韧效果最好,随着ABS高胶粉用量的增加,增韧SAN树脂熔体流动速率和热变形温度均呈下降趋势,断裂伸长率和冲击强度呈升高趋势。SEM研究表明,添加ABS高胶粉25份时增韧效果最好。
Styrene-acrylonitrile resin(SAN)was respectively toughened by elastomeric chlorinated polyethylene(CPE),acrylic acid ester(ACR)and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)high colloidal powder.The mechanical properties,heat resistance,flow properties and processing rheological properties of toughened SAN resin were studied,and the phase morphology of toughened SAN resin was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that ABS high colloidal powder has the best toughening effect.With the increasing of ABS high colloidal powder amount,the melt flow rate and thermal deformation temperature of toughened SAN resin both decrease,and the breaking elongation and impact strength both increase.SEM shows that the toughening effect is the best when the adding ABS high colloidal powder is 25 phr.
