不同采摘时期不同部位泥蒿绿原酸含量比较 被引量:1

摘要 为了明确不同采摘时期和不同部位泥蒿绿原酸含量的差异,从而合理高效地利用泥蒿资源,采用分光光度法研究了泥蒿中绿原酸含量在不同采摘时期和不同部位的变化规律。结果表明:从不同部位来看,2月份、5月份和11月份3个采摘时期顶部叶的平均绿原酸含量依次为2. 219 3%、2. 998 7%、3. 575 1%,基部叶的平均绿原酸含量依次为1. 671 0%、1. 524 1%、2. 750 6%,茎的平均绿原酸含量依次为1. 014 4%、1. 162 5%、0. 852 5%。3个采摘时期叶中的绿原酸含量均高于茎,顶部叶中的绿原酸含量又高于基部叶。从不同采摘时期的来看,顶部叶中绿原酸含量呈逐渐上升趋势,基部叶中绿原酸含量呈先下降后上升的趋势,而茎中绿原酸含量呈先上升后下降的趋势。因此,在对泥蒿中绿原酸的开发应用上,要注重泥蒿叶片的利用,同时要把握好采摘时期,从而达到节省资源、高效利用泥蒿的目的。 To clarify the difference of chlorogenic acid content at different picking stages and different parts in Artemisia selengensis L.,so as to use Artemisia selengensis resources efficiently and rationally,spectrophotometry method was used to detect the content of chlorogenic acid in Artemisia selengensis.Results showed that:From view of different parts,in February,May and November,the average chlorogenic acid contents in top leaves were 2.219 3%,2.998 7%,3.575 1%respectively,those were 1.671 0%,1.524 1%,2.750 6%respectively in basal leaves and 1.014 4%,1.162 5%and 0.852 5%respectively in stem.The chlorogenic acid content in leaves of 3 picking stages was higher than that in stem,and in top leaves was higher than that in basal leaves.From view of different picking stages,the content of chlorogenic acid in top leaves increased gradually,and in the basal leaves,it decreased first and then increased,while in stems it increased first and then decreased.Therefore,in the development and application of chlorogenic acid in Artemisia selengensis,we should pay attention to the utilization of leaves,and seize the critical picking stage,to make efficient use and save resources of Artemisia selengensis.
