摘要
对抗风湿类中成药中添加氨基比林的快速筛查方法进行了研究。以8种市售抗风湿类中成药为研究对象,采集研究样品的红外光谱图(FTIR),用赛默飞公司的TQ Analyst 9. 0软件,采用判别分析法(Discriminant Analysis),建立了抗风湿类中成药中氨基比林的快速筛查模型。用此模型检测了另外22种市售抗风湿类中成药,结果表明:阴性样品和阳性样品的识别正确率为100%,误判数为0。
The method of rapid screening of aminopyrine in anti-rheumatic Chinese medicines was studied.Taking 8 kinds anti-rheumatic Chinese medicines as the object,the recognition model of aminopyrine was established using FTIR combined with discriminant analysis.The model was used to detect other 22 samples,and the results showed that the correct recognition rate of model was 100%,and the miscarriage of justice was 0.
