京津冀区域重大环境问题及成因研究

Major environmental problems and causes of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region

随着大气、水、土壤污染治理和生态保护力度的加大,京津冀区域生态环境质量趋于改善,但是区域性、累积性、复合型环境污染尚未根本改变。一方面,以PM_(2.5)、O_3为特征的复合型大气污染成为突出的环境问题,水资源短缺和水污染居高不下;另一方面,国土开发模式粗放,生态环境退化问题也值得关注。

With the increase of atmospheric,water,soil pollution control and ecological protection,the ecological environment quality of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region tends to improve,but regional,cumulative and composite environmental pollution has not been fundamentally changed.On the one hand,composite air pollution characterized by PM2.5 and O3 has become a prominent environmental problem,water shortage and water pollution remain high;on the other hand,the land development model is extensive and the problem of ecological and environmental degradation also deserves attention.
