Aerated biological filter is a highly efficient and novel sewage treatment equipment.Based on the working principle and characteristics of aerated biological filter,the paper analyzes and summarizes the research on the removal of organic matter and suspended matter,ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus.The influencing factors of the operation of the biological aerated filter were analyzed,and the opinions on the future research of the aerated biological filter were put forward.
