小体积液液萃取气相色谱法测定地表水中12种氯苯类化合物

Determination of Nitrobenzene Compounds in surface water by small volume liquid–liquid extraction combined with gas chromatography

建立了一种小体积液液萃取气相色谱法快速测定地表水中氯苯类化合物的分析方法。方法具有适用性广、溶剂用量少和操作简便等特点。当萃取试剂用量为1.5mL时,萃取富集效率可达250-340倍,回收率为83.2%-95.2%,相对标准偏差为5.0-7.8%,检出限为0.003~15μg/L。

This paper developed a small volume liquid–liquid extraction(SVLLE)method combined with gas chromatography for the rapid determination of Chlorobenzene Compounds in surface water.The method is fast and simple.Only 1.5mL extraction solvent is used.The enrichment factor can be 250-340.The recovery rate is in the range of 83.2%-95.2%,RSD in the range of 5.0%-7.8%,and the detection limit in the range of 0.003~15μg/L.
