摘要
本文采用电热板消解、全自动石墨消解和微波消解三种不同的消解方法对土壤标准样品进行前处理,通过电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定其中铜、锌、铅、镉、镍、铬6种元素的含量。结果表明,微波消解方法耗酸量少,消解时间短,测定结果精密性和准确度优于电热板消解和全自动石墨消解,能够满足大批量的土壤样品分析测试要求。
In this paper,three standard digestion methods,such as electrothermal plate digestion,fully automatic graphite digestion and microwave digestion,were used to pre-treat soil standard samples.Copper,zinc,lead,cadmium,nickel and chromium were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The content of the elements.The results show that the microwave digestion method has less acid consumption and shorter digestion time.The precision and accuracy of the measurement results are better than that of hot plate digestion and fully automatic graphite digestion,which can meet the requirements of large-scale soil sample analysis and testing.
