我国国家的下新农村建设是在新时代大背景下进行改革的,是在高度依照相关国家层次的战略眼光,战略决策下所进行的改革。这是一次空无前人的对农村进行改革的大事件,必将引领新时代。同时,为最终实现我国国家层次的相关新农村建设工作,生态环境的保护工作却显得格外重要,因此,为实现可持续发展的战略目标,我们的改革中的的核心内容之一就是要做到节能减排;绿化;废物资源化、减量化、无害化才能美化新农村生态环境。
