摘要
为了真正解决湿地保护区功能丧失问题,发挥好在生态修复中人工影响天气的作用,东胜区气象局在2018年建设完成了遗鸥湿地保护区人工增雨基地,进一步探讨人工影响天气在生态文明建设发展中的新模式。
In order to really solve the problem of function loss of wetland protection area and play the role of artificial weather in ecological restoration,the Dongsheng Meteorological Bureau completed the artificial rainfall base of the gull wetland protection area in 2018,and further explored the new model of artificial weather in the development of ecological civilization.
