摘要
针对传统电磁拔销器自锁力完全依赖弹簧预压力,存在功耗大、启动阻力大的缺陷,提出了基于永磁保险销的引信用电磁拔销器。该电磁拔销器将传统电磁拔销器的单一纯铁保险销改进为永磁保险销,利用保险销中的永磁体与下衔铁之间的吸力实现电磁拔销器自锁;采用通电启动时保险销中的永磁体与下衔铁间的斥力和保险销中的永磁体与上衔铁间的吸力共同作用推动保险销运动。仿真与试验验证表明,该电磁拔销器不仅大大减小了传统电磁拔销器自锁力对弹簧的依赖性,降低了电磁拔销器启动时的阻力,而且在同等功耗条件下输出的电磁力也有明显提高。
Aiming at the latching-force defects of the being used electromagnetic actuator,which include the total dependence on preload,high power consumption,large starting compensator,etc.,a novel electromagnetic actuator based on safety pin with permanent magnet in fuze was developed and tested.The improvements included that,the single pure iron pin was replaced by safety pin with permanent magnet and self-constraint was achieved by the attracting force between the permanent magnet and its corresponding lower armature;the driving force was guaranteed and induced by both the repulsive force between the permanent magnet and its corresponding lower armature,and the attracting force between the permanent magnet and its corresponding upper armature,respectively,when the current was switched on.The tests and simulations both verified that,the dependence of latching force of the being used electromagnetic actuator was greatly reduced by replacing it with this novel device,and the starting compensator was obviously decreased.Meanwhile,the driving electromagnetic force was evidently improved with the same electric power consumption.
