摘要
目前TBM智能化作业水平较低,无法实现岩体信息实时感知以及掘进参数的智能决策,影响TBM掘进效率,卡机、涌水突泥等安全事故也时有发生。为解决上述问题,研发一套TBM掘进参数智能控制系统,通过分析岩体状态参数与TBM掘进参数的相关关系,采用数据挖掘的方法建立岩机信息感知互馈模型;在此基础上构建智能决策控制体系,实现掘进参数的预测以及掘进状态评价;通过手动或自动控制模式对TBM掘进参数进行优化调整,使TBM保持安全高效的掘进状态。该系统软件在引松供水工程TBM施工中应用效果良好,对提高TBM掘进效率和保障施工安全具有重大意义,可为TBM隧道的科学化、智能化施工提供指导。
At present,real-time perception of rock mass information and the intelligent decision of TBM tunneling parameters cannot be realized due to low intelligent operation level of TBM tunneling machine.Hence,tunneling efficiency is affected,and TBM jamming and water and mud gushing often occur.In order to solve these problems,an intelligent control system of TBM tunneling parameters is developed.The system includes many functions as follows:(1)analyzing the relationship between rock mass state parameters and TBM tunneling parameters;(2)establishing mutual feedback model of rock and TBM information by data tapping;(3)predicting the tunneling parameters and evaluating the tunneling state;and(3)optimizing the TBM tunneling parameters by automatic and manual mode.The system was applied to the Songhua River water supply project,and good effect has been achieved.The results are of great significance to TBM efficiency improvement and construction safety,and can provide reference for scientific and intelligent construction of TBM tunneling.
