利用最新全国性数据,本文分析社会信任的健康效应及其城乡差异。研究结果表明:总体而言,社会信任对居民的身体健康和精神健康都具有显著性影响,并且这种影响具有城乡差异性。身体健康方面,一般信任对于城乡居民的身体健康都产生促进作用;初级信任促进城市居民的身体健康,但对农村居民的身体健康不产生显著影响;次级信任对城乡居民的身体健康都不产生显著影响。精神健康方面,一般信任对于城乡居民的精神健康都产生促进作用;初级信任促进农村居民的精神健康,但对城市居民的精神健康不产生显著影响;次级信任对城市居民的精神健康产生抑制作用,但对农村居民的精神健康不产生显著影响。

Using the latest national data,this paper analyzes the health effects of social trust and the differences between urban and rural areas.The results of the study show that,on the whole,social trust has a significant impact on residents'physical and mental health.And,the health effects of social trust have differences between urban and rural areas.For physical health,general trust has a positive effect on the health of urban and rural residents;primary trust promotes the health of urban residents,but it does not have a significant impact on the health of rural residents;secondary trust does not affect the health of urban and rural residents.Have a significant effect.For mental health,general trust has a positive effect on the mental health of urban and rural residents;primary trust promotes the mental health of rural residents,but does not have a significant impact on the mental health of urban residents;secondary trust inhibits the mental health of urban residents.It does not have a significant effect on the mental health of rural residents.
