我国民族地区基本公共服务均等化研究:回顾与展望

A Review on the Research of Equalization of Basic Public Services in Ethnic Minority Areas

文章以民族地区基本公共服务均等化研究为切入点,以文献计量学方式从宏观层面分析了2007至2016年国内十年间已有研究的年代分布、研究力量、来源分布、高被引文献、高频关键词等;从基础理论、现状分析、原因分析、路径分析四个方面微观评价了已有成果;指出现有研究存在内容薄弱、视角单一、方法使用不平衡等不足,未来可从内容和方法上进行创新研究,从而丰富基本公共服务均等化研究的整体框架。

This article tries to analyze the research of equalization of basic public services in ethnic minority areas between 2007 and 2016 years,using the bibliometric methods to discuss the time,strength,source distribution and highly cited documents,frequency keywords on the macro aspect;and then summarizes and analyzes the core documents from the fundamental theory,current situation,cause,path four aspects to evaluation the existing achievements on the micro aspect;point out that the existing research visual angle is unitary,content is weak,the methods is imbalance and so on,in the future to innovation from the content and method so as to enrich the overall framework of equal basic public services.
