摘要
为提高倾斜圆盘勺式大豆排种器清种能力,优化该型排种器排种性能,建立清种过程数学模型,分析确定排种盘半径、垂直倾角和排种盘转速是影响排种器清种能力主要因素。采用二次回归正交旋转组合试验设计,运用离散元软件EDEM对排种器排种性能作正交虚拟排种试验,确定各试验因素对排种器性能评价指标影响规律,并优化计算。结果表明,当排种盘半径119.8 mm,垂直倾角22.4°,排种盘转速43.2 r·min-1时,排种性能最优,台架验证试验合格指数为93.8%,重播指数2.8%。台架试验与虚拟仿真结果存在一定偏差,但变化趋势及其相互之间关系一致,运用离散元法优化排种器性能参数具有可行性。
In order to optimize the seed clearing capacity of tilted disc spoon soybean seeder and improve the seed metering performance,a dynamic model of seed clearing process was established.The quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination experiment design was adopted,and the orthogonal virtual seed metering experiment was carried out by using the discrete element software EDEM.Regression analysis was carried out on the test results and the response surface map was drawn to determine the influence of each test factor on the performance evaluation index of the seed meter,and the optimization calculation was carried out.The results showed that when the seeding disk radius was 119.8 m,the vertical inclination angle was 22.4°,and the seeding disk rotation speed was 43.2 r·min-1,the seeding performance was optimal.The bench verification test showed that the grid index was 93.8%,and the replay index was 2.8%.There was a certain deviation between the bench test and the virtual simulation results,but the change trend and their relationship were basically the same.Therefore,it was feasible to use the discrete element method to optimize the performance parameters of the seed meter.
