考虑弹流润滑影响的高速角接触球轴承接触问题数值分析 被引量:1

Numerical analysis on contact problem of high-speed angular contact ball-bearing considering elastohydrodynamic lubrication effect

摘要 针对角接触球轴承在高转速条件下的接触问题,基于Reynolds方程得到油膜刚度方程,并在接触刚度和油膜刚度的基础上得出等效接触刚度.建立高速角接触球轴承参数化模型,在考虑弹流润滑影响的情况下,运用有限元软件分析了不同工况下高速角接触球轴承的接触应力、应变和温度.结果表明:轴承的接触应力、应变和接触温度随着载荷和转速的增加而增大;受离心力作用的影响,外圈的接触应力和应变均大于内圈;受不利散热条件的影响,轴承内圈的接触温度高于外圈;考虑弹流润滑影响时轴承内外圈的接触应力、应变和温度都要小于未考虑的情况,弹流润滑对外圈的影响较内圈更明显,随着转速和载荷的增大弹流润滑对轴承接触应力、应变和温度的影响更加显著. Aimed at the contact problem of angular contact bearing under high-speed condition,based on the Reynolds equation,the stiffness equation of the oil film is derived,the equivalent contact stiffness is obtained on the basis of the contact stiffness and oil film stiffness,and the parameterized model is established for this bearing.Considering the effect of elastohydrodynamic lubrication,the contact stress,strain,and temperature of the high-speed angular contact ball-bearing under various working conditions are analyzed by using finite element software.The result shows that the contact stress,strain,and temperature will increase with the load and rotation speed,the contact stress and contact strain will be higher in outer ring than in inner one due to centrifugal effect,the contact temperature will be higher in inner ring than in outer one owing to the poor heat dissipation,and when considering the elastohydrodynamic lubrication,the contact stress,strain,and temperature of bearing rings will be lower than that without considering the elastohydrodynamic lubrication.The effect of elastohydrodynamic lubrication is more obvious on outer ring than on inner ring,and the effect of the elastohydrodynamic lubrication on the contact stress,strain,and temperature will become more remarkable with the increase of speed and load.
