摘要
为验证就地化保护装置的可靠性,引入高加速寿命试验(HALT),快速发现产品缺陷、操作设计边际及结构强度极限。设计了高加速寿命试验方案和功能性测试内容,总结了试验发现的典型故障,并对易故障的元器件进行统计,指出产品潜在的故障点。分析了就地化保护装置的操作极限和应力循环结果,通过对比,体现高加速寿命试验在提高可靠性上的作用。对就地化保护装置的平均无故障时间进行评估,验证平均无故障时间是否符合标准要求。分析了高加速寿命试验在可靠性方面的综合效益,为高加速寿命试验技术在继电保护行业的推广提供一定的理论基础。
In order to verify the reliability of outdoor installation protection device,High Accelerated Life Test(HALT)is introduced to quickly detect product defects,operational design margins and structural strength limits.The steps of HALT and the contents of functional test are designed.The typical faults found in the test are summarized.The components which are easy to faults are counted and the potential faults are pointed out.The operating limit and stress cycling results of outdoor installation protection device are analyzed.The effect of HALT on improving reliability is demonstrated by comparison.The MTBF of outdoor installation protection device is evaluated to verify whether it meets the standard requirements.The comprehensive benefits of HALT in reliability are analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the popularization of HALT technology in relay protection industry.
