摘要
LLC谐振驱动变换器被广泛应用于机械设备中,为了改善LLC谐振变换器动态特性,简化其最优轨迹控制的复杂性和克服线性控制的有限性。提出了一种新的简化最优轨迹控制。稳态时,通过线性控制器调节开关频率来控制输出电压;当负载上升或下降时,通过监测负载电流瞬态值,做出逻辑决策,即时依据状态平面分析,计算脉冲宽度变化,使能简化最优轨迹控制,以遵循最佳轨迹。所提控制方案在FPGA控制实验平台中得到实现,实验结果表明,所提控制方法显着提升了LLC谐振变换器的动态性能。
LLC resonant drive converter is widely used in machinery and equipment,in order to improve the dynamic characteristics of LLC resonant converter,simplify the complexity of its optimal trajectory control and overcome the limitations of linear control.A new simplified optimal trajectory control is proposed.Steady state,the linear controller to adjust the switching frequency to control the output voltage;when the load rises or falls,by monitoring the load current transient value,to make logical decisions,based on instant state plane analysis,calculate the pulse width changes,to simplify Optimal trajectory control to follow the best trajectory.The proposed control scheme is implemented in FPGA control experiment platform.The experimental results show that the proposed control method significantly improves the dynamic performance of LLC resonant converter.
