摘要
利用有限元分析软件对75/35 t-29 m门式起重机的3种工况进行了仿真计算,并结合GB/T 3811—2008《起重机设计规范》理论计算值对计算结果进行分析。分析表明:结构的静刚度和垂向挠度均满足使用要求,但在小车运行至刚性和柔性支腿有效臂端时,结构产生较大的侧向位移,对连接处螺栓疲劳寿命造成一定程度的疲劳损伤,Ansys的计算结果及分析为起重机的安全评估及检验检测提供了有益参考。
In this paper,three working conditions of 75/35t-29m gantry crane are simulated and calculated by using finite element analysis software,and the calculation results are analyzed based on the theoretical calculation values of GB/T 3811-2008 Design Rules for Cranes.The analysis shows that the static stiffness and vertical deflection of the structure meet the application requirements.However,when the trolley runs to the effective arm ends of the rigid and flexible legs,large lateral displacement will be produced inside the structure,which will cause fatigue damage to the bolt fatigue life of the joint to a certain extent.The calculation results and analysis of Ansys provide useful references for the safety evaluation and inspection of cranes.
